Just Getting Started
Greetings fellow bloggers (I hope "bloggers" is the right term)!
This is my first attempt at blogging. I thought I would give it a try and see how things go. I will be using this blog as part for my English class, Contemporary SF: literature and film of the apocalypse (UNBSJ), with Dr. Miriam Jones this summer. It looks like it is going to be very interesting.
First, I would like to let you know how I came up with the title for my blog. Autumn is the name I used when I was with an on-line dating service. I found my soulmate there. Since I had such great luck with that name I thought I would use it on this blog. From what I know about blogs, they are a place where people leave their thoughts, comments, and feelings about various topics so "Autumn Leaves" seemed appropriate.
I look forward to learning more about blogging and getting to know fellow bloggers. Take care everyone and I'll leave you with the great words of Voltaire -
"Think for yourself and let others enjoy the privilege of doing so too."
